Job Description Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Head JV/C-Squad Coach to support our girls' volleyball program. The Head Coach will work under the direction of the Activities Director to develop athletes, implement training plans, and foster a positive, competitive, and sportsmanlike environment. This role requires a passion for volleyball, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate high school aged student athletes. This position is a seasonal position that works from August to October 2025 (dates to be determined), requires occasional travel to events, and is paid a biweekly stipend. About the Role: As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for leading and managing the JV and C-Squad volleyball teams, with a focus on youth mentoring and sports management. JOB SUMMARY Reporting to the Head Women's Basketball Coach, this position is responsible for, but not limited to: recruitment, video analysis, skill development of student athletes, game/ practice planning & instruction, scouting, program social media strategy and day to day program administrative duties. Program Marketing & Social Media Purposefully manage and execute all program social media content and delivery.
