Seeking a 3rd Shift Recovery Coach (11pm-7:30am, Thursday-Sunday) for The Manor, an individualized residential addiction and trauma treatment center. (************************* The Manor is a comprehensive addiction and co-occurring disorder treatment center with a clinical model focused on providing counseling and treatment addressing all aspects of a client's physical and psychological well-being. Clients receive a minimum of five individual sessions per week in addition to group therapy and medical treatment for substance use disorders. The Recovery Coach position is a front-line clinical role in our residential addiction treatment center. Recovery Coaches should have an understanding of substance use disorders and recovery. The role is to provide support and guidance to clients seeking help with their addictions. While the psychotherapy and counseling are primarily delivered by the client's treatment team, Recovery Coaches serve as an adjunct, offering support and monitoring of the clients outside of clinical programming.
