Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Knowledge, skills & abilities: Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience instructing medium- and large- boot camps. Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics so as to assess and provide necessary guidance in regard to functional training for women during pregnancy as well as to members recovering from illness or injury and improve repetitive motions or offer alternative to endurance and/or strength training activities. The ability to pass a Boot Camp Strength and Conditioning Assessment Both detail- and results-oriented with high degree of professionalism and organizational skills and an ability to multi-task Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
