Conduct conversations with prospective students to assess needs, showcase the benefits of a Collegis partner school's education, and facilitate enrollment into the college
Mentor students from the application process through the first week of enrollment
Meet all assigned metrics and expectations
Responsible for managing and updating computerized prospective student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation
Serve as a guide for prospective students as they navigate the application and enrollment processes
Demonstrate a high level of product/program knowledge of the college's programs, services, and competitors in market
Maintain contact with business and/or high school community and student service organizations as necessary

Returner Flagship Access Coaches serve in-person at their assigned high school or tech-connected from the College Possible MN office as a Navigate Access Coach Monday through Friday. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Head Cross Country Coach is responsible for providing visionary leadership for the Cross Country Program. The Head Cross Country Coach is required to abide by rules and regulations of; the NFHS, the MSHSL, and Breck School.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions, to promote individual growth in athletic skills, teamwork, discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship.
Use a variety of instructional techniques and media to meet the needs and improve the abilities of student athletes in Cross Country.
Coordinate the development and promotion of the Cross Country Program across the school community.
Ensure all Cross Country coaches work together toward a common goal within the Cross Country Program and provide unity across all levels and teams.
Establish performance criteria for competition and evaluate student athletic abilities initially and on an ongoing basis.
Develop a regular practice schedule and organize practice time to provide both individual and team development.
Encourage sportsmanlike conduct in all phases of athletic participation at all times.
Work with the Strength and Conditioning Coach to provide a year round strength and conditioning program.
Use the allotted days by the MSHSL in June and July to provide athletes the opportunity to do Cross Country specific training.
Encourage and support multisport athletes within Breck School.
Assist student athletes with college recruitment.
Act as a team representative and promote the sport by communicating with news media and other organizations.
Participate in special activities to include parent meetings, senior night, banquets, etc.
Attend staff development meetings, clinics, and other professional activities to improve coaching performance.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Director of Athletic or other appropriate administrator.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Three years of experience coaching Cross Country at the high school level (head coaching experience preferred).
Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills.
Must possess knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport.
Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, governing organizations (MSHSL, etc.), opponents, staff, parents, and athletes.
