Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive franchise management or District level multi-unit operations experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Franchising Experience a plus.
Minimum 5 years in Home Care Industry
Proven experience collaborating with business owners on growing their business.
Clear understanding of financial drivers of business operations, including profit and loss management, market conditions, competitive landscape, and trends.
