QUALIFICATIONS: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 3-7 years of admitted legal practice with a law firm or relevant in-house experience; Licensed attorney admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania or New York (subject to approval); Demonstrated knowledge of foreign exchange, derivatives and other capital markets transactions; Mastery in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents; Demonstrated ability to manage a demanding book of work; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; and Strong working knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of foreign exchange and derivatives as well as broader regulatory and/or execution services experience.
