MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (LCSW, PSYD, or LPCMH) POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the provision of quality mental health services to patients and addressing their psychological needs. This position involves overseeing and guiding mental health professionals who provide direct care to incarcerated individuals. The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor will be involved in working with all disciplines to attain effectiveness in serving the patient population.
MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (LCSW, PSYD, or LPCMH) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Coordinates development and revision of policies and procedures for the identification, assessment and provision of required clinical services for clients
Supervises the planning, development and implementation of treatment programs contracted to VitalCore
Provides clinical supervision to Behavioral Health staff
Monitors efforts of Mental Health Services to ensure clinical services are being provided in a timely, professional manner
Ensures treatment programs contracted are integrated and appropriately staffed
Provides administrative support to staff
Assists Director in recruitment and selection of clinical staff
Coordinates facility behavioral health Quality Improvement Program

MENTAL HEALTH CLINICAL SUPERVISOR (LCSW, PSYD, or LPCMH) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Doctorate or Master's degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited college or university
Must be have one of the following licenses: LPCMH, LCSW, PsyD.
2 years experience supervising a mental health unit/department
Previous experience as a Mental Health Clinician.

Responsibilities: The role of our Intake & Hotline Counselors are to answer the Hotline providing callers and clients direct service links to external resources necessary to establish safety in leaving a domestic violence situation. They will act as a liaison to clients or potential clients by providing intake our Safe Havens. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering the Hotline, Providing information, referrals, crisis intervention, options on counseling services, and safety planning for callers.
Ensuring a Trauma informed client intake and orientation with DV counseling and support.
Assist the OSH (Office of Supportive Housing) Intake staff by assessing the needs of the person/s presenting for service and arranging direct access to the DV shelter or other safe option.
Provide information related to maintaining safety, available options, services or referrals and connect clients to those services (in the even DV shelter beds are not available).
Collect and report data.
Maintain the daily census for Safe Havens entering hotline and intake information into the database for up to date records.

Qualifications :
Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
At least one (1) year experience in advocacy, hotline, crisis, or related experience required.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse population is required.

Demonstrated commitment to service of others is required.
Demonstrated proficiency in communication, both verbal and written is required.
Demonstrated effectiveness of crisis intervention is required.
Experience with victims domestic violence is preferred.

Satisfactorily pass State & FBI criminal & Child Abuse clearances pre-hire; and regular renewals (all expenses paid by WAA)
Must attend/complete upcoming Domestic Violence Advocate Paid Training.

Older Adult Clinician

Starting Pay Range: $55,000
FTE (37.5 hours/week)
PURPOSE:
Provide strengths-based, person-centered therapy to older adults within the community and over telehealth as needed. Treatment to include diagnostic assessments; individual, group, and family therapy; and supportive services for a diverse caseload of older adults experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues.
FUNCTIONS:
Provide client-centered, trauma-informed, mobile mental health treatment to a caseload that will not exceed 25 individuals.
Enter intake and therapy appointments into EMR at least one week in advance.
Meet minimum performance standards, including a minimum billing expectation of 18 - 20 hours per week. All progress notes need to be entered by the end of the business day on Fridays in order to have met this minimum expectation.
With the individual's consent, make a concerted effort to engage identified support system including family and significant others, as it pertains to identified treatment goals.
Provide an initial and ongoing assessment of presenting issues, diagnostic impressions, and recommended course of treatment.
Create treatment plan and routinely monitor progress in collaboration with the individual.
Provide linkage identified resources as needed. This may include coordination with Care Coordinator to facilitate referrals for expanded mental health programming including IOP, D&A, BCM, Psychiatry or community services.
Coordinate care with other involved professionals (including Senior Community Centers and psychiatric, medical, or social services providers, etc.) to ensure holistic, integrated care.
Actively participate in staff meetings and provide consultation/support to team members.
Create a safety plan and provide crisis intervention as needed. This will include follow up and coordination of care when individuals go to the CRC or another acute level of care.
Maintain required records and documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in compliance with Agency, State, and County regulations.
Assist with community outreach, education and prevention programs as needed.
Complete all mandatory trainings (in first 90 days and then as needed) to maintain appropriate credentialing; obtains EBP training as requested by supervisor.
Function in compliance with agency policies/procedures and federal, state and local laws.
Attend regular supervision with Older Adult Outpatient Supervisor following supervision policy. Come to supervision prepared to discuss current caseload, weekly productivity and any relevant clinical or administrative questions or concerns.
Actively participate in appropriate EBP consultation group(s), each held for one hour/month.

Attend internal and external meetings as requested by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Human service field.
Must be clinically licensed or licensed-eligible in the Commonwealth of PA. If license eligible, will obtain clinical license in no more than 2 years.
At least 1 year of experience providing behavioral health therapy to older adults including a demonstrated knowledge of the specific nuances of treating this population.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Valid Childline, PA Criminal History and FBI Clearances prior to seeing clients.
Previous training in EBPs or a willingness to obtain training.
Reliable means of transportation and valid driver's license from state of residence with a minimum of one (1) year driving experience and a driving record free of at-fault accidents or moving violations for the past year.
