Complies with 42 CFR confidentiality and HIPPAA privacy and security regulations. Works cooperatively with other staff as a member of the interdisciplinary team. Functions as a liaison/advocate to client's families and other agencies as needed. Provides outreach, education and prevention services to the local community, schools, groups and agencies as necessary and as provided by management staff. Provides crisis intervention and management, generating referrals to agency or external mental health providers or other service providers, as indicated. Attend and participate in monthly department, All Staff and other required meetings. Be familiar with and adhere to all clinical, administrative, and general policies and procedures as outlined in the Cornerstone Policy and Procedure Manual and Employee Handbook. Maintain confidentiality of all aspects of Cornerstone including, but not limited to, patient confidentiality, financials, and employee relations. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: CASAC-T certificate or above Bachelor's or Master's in related field preferred Basic computer skills
