Standardize and maintain training materials to reflect current practice & compliance standards both internally as well as within the broader health insurance industry.
Ensure regulatory compliance with all state and federal guidelines as well as other accrediting entities.
Work with Health Services Team Leaders in all aspects of training. Identify ongoing training needs for all Clinicians. Develop/maintain appropriate training materials.
Act as clinical liaison and subject matter expert on the medical management platform. Responsible for managing upgrades, enhancements and change requests within the system related to clinical roles and workflows.
Assist with quarterly audit processes. Utilize additional evidence-based methodology to ensure staff are able to demonstrate competencies.
Ensure that each new hire is provided with the tools to successfully begin their new position. Meet with the new employee quarterly for the first year to determine additional educational needs.
Attend Policy and Procedure meetings and participate in initiating, reviewing and editing of policies when relevant.
Attend interdepartmental meetings as indicated.
Utilize lean methodologies for continuous improvement.
Expertise in identifying, working with, and developing individualized approaches to different adult learning styles and in creating customized trainings/educational modalities for different audiences.
Practice and model effective communication skills: both written and verbal.
Maintain working knowledge and understanding of the essential responsibilities of a CM Clinician functions as outlined in a CM Clinician .
Supporting Responsibilities:
Act as backup for other Health Services Department staff and functions as needed.

SUCCESS PROFILE
Work Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of nursing or clinical behavioral health experience with varied health care exposure and experience required. Six (6) months of experience within PacificSource Health Services Department preferred. Experience in teaching or coaching preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses: Registered nurse with current unrestricted state licenses(s) or Licensed Clinical psychologist, LCSW, or comparable behavioral health professional with extensive experience and/or credentials (e.g. Licensed Professional Counselor, PC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PMHNP) with current unrestricted state license(s). Certified Case Manager Certification (CCM) as accredited by CCMC (The Commission for Case Management) strongly desired at time of hire. CCM certification required within two years of hire.

The Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for providing early childhood mental health support to Head Start staff and families. The Behavioral Health Therapist provides direct therapy to enrolled children, as well as, a broad range of services, including mental health observations in classrooms, training and coaching staff, screening, assessment, and referral services, and providing parent training. The Behavioral Health Therapist is responsible for the collection of data, maintaining records, and supporting compliance in all facets of Head Start Performance Standards, Medicaid, and applicable Federal and State regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work collaboratively with Health Services staff and other components, including Education, Family Services, and Accounting.

Advocate for mental health best practices and ethical standards within the agency.
Create and customize therapy manual, informed consent, and other forms as necessary.
Identify and attend relative training to satisfy annual licensure requirements.
Maintain record of client contact hours for fulfilling licensure hours as necessary.
Seek out and complete opportunities for continuing education in the field of play therapy, early childhood development, trauma, and mental health techniques for young children.
Meet with clinical supervisor as needed to discuss cases and concerns.

IVA'AL Solutions, LLC provides support to the Air Force (AF) Family Advocacy Program (FAP) and is responsible for staffing qualified Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Registered Nurses, Certified Victim Advocates, and Program Assistants at U.S. AF Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) across the country. The AF FAP is a Department of Defense, (DoD) funded program whose purpose is to both prevent and respond to intimate partner abuse, child abuse, and problematic sexual behavior with children and youth.
The Family Advocacy Treatment Manager (FATM)
is a member of the multidisciplinary Family Advocacy Program (FAP) team and provides the following services:
Assess and treat individuals, families, and groups whose maltreatment allegation(s) meet criteria for maltreatment.
Provide voluntary, comprehensive prevention services to prevent the occurrence of family maltreatment.
The FATM is the primary provider of treatment services for assigned maltreatment and prevention cases, coordinating services for families and monitoring client participation and progress utilizing the modalities of social casework, psychotherapy, and psycho-educational interventions.
The FATM completes psychosocial assessments in accordance with Air Force Family Advocacy Policies and Standards.
The FATM assesses for safety and continuously assist families with safety planning.
The FATM evaluates the effectiveness of the services provided.
Requirements
Education and Experience/Qualifications:
Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
