Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Job Summary:
New Season operates a number of nationally recognized and accredited methadone treatment centers dedicated to helping individuals with prescription drug abuse and/or opiate addiction regain control of their lives.

Essential Functions:
Works with patients to complete all intakes, admissions, discharges, and transfer paperwork.
Documents patient progress through counseling and interaction through groups.
Completes patient psychosocial and an individualized treatment plan within the required time frame.
Identifies any clinical/case management needs and works to address those needs.
Performs individual, group, and family counseling as required.
Performs direct one-on-one patient contact through individual or group counseling.
Reports patient abuse, neglect and exploitation as required.
Reports patient grievances as required.
Educates patient in all aspects of treatment, corresponding health issues and steps to recovery.
Obtains Urine Drug Screens and initial patient photo identification.
Assists in monitoring all patient activities on center premises.
Actively participates in community relations activities as directed and authorized.
Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manual.
Ensures compliance with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIPAA)
Is responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to specific state requirements.
Actively participates in preparation for surveys and inspections conducted by CARF, the State, DEA, Board of Pharmacy and any other agency site visits as dictated by the state laws or regulations.
Participates in all staff meetings
Ensures compliance with local, State, Federal and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, regulations and policies.
Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the proprietary data and rights of the company.
Performs other tasks as assigned by clinic, region or corporate leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Licensure/Certification:
Experience in substance abuse field is not required, but preferred
Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree in a related field
Experience Required:
Minimum of 500 hours of experience in substance abuse
Skill and Ability:
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be dependable and reliable

NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Case Manager to join our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL supporting the Residential Reentry Centers (RRC) for the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). This position supports inmates who are still in federal custody and have transitioned to a community setting. The Clinical Case manager reviews clinical information to assess and expedite medical care services while coordinating closely with BOP and RRC staff nationwide.
This position will be remote; but will require coming into the office at times. Local residents only.
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between the BOP, RRC's, inpatient and outpatient providers, and residents.
Possess understanding of the principals and concepts of medical case management.
Coordinate medical care with the case manager and the social services department at the resident's BOP facility and hospital contracts.
Work with the RRC staff and residents to increase compliance with medical recommendations.
Implement and administer clinical case management services.
Monitor, report, and clinically document on facets of medical care provided within the hospital setting and monitor network utilization.
Triage requested medical services based on clinical needs.
Coordinate with NaphCare's medical scheduling, contracting, social work, and medical records corporate teams to ensure timely care for the resident.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN (Registered Nurse) in the state of Alabama w/ a minimum of 5 years clinical (multi-specialty) experience required.

The Role
As a Primary Therapist at Alsana, you will provide consultation, case management and therapy on complex cases to individuals who have and are affected by serious eating disorders. You will assess clients, determine referral needs, provide group therapy, family therapy and group education and formulate and implement treatment plans.
Responsibilities
Performs, interprets, and provides feedback to clients on various assessments relevant to eating disorder treatment (e.g., psychosocial assessment, suicide risk assessment, core assessment packet)
Provides individual therapy sessions for clients, utilizing appropriate interventions adapted to the needs of the client.
Completes appropriate and thorough documentation within established time frames, including progress notes for individual and family sessions, weekly therapy assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Communicates with outpatient team to provide updates on client progress and to provide continuity of care.
Attends weekly training and individual/group supervisions as assigned.
Assists direct care in providing observations for clients, managing milieu conflict, and supporting clients.
Participates in meals and snacks with clients as assigned.
Provides crisis stabilization for clients in the milieu who may become de-escalated at times.
Provides “check-ins” with clients as needed based on the needs of the client and the appropriateness of the check-in.
Provides “on-call” coverage during assigned times.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master's degree in social work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health related discipline (ALC, PLPC, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, PhD)
Two years' recent related experience working with eating disordered clients or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Eligible for registration with relevant professional association
Ability to educate and provide consultation to clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Comprehensive knowledge of psychiatric diagnosis and professional practice guidelines for the treatment of various disorders
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant Acts such as Mental Health Act, Freedom of Information Act, pertinent regulations, policies and procedures, and other statutory duties

Hourly Rate: $33.50 - $43.80 - Part Time
Below is a list of your responsibilities as a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional with YesCare:
Performs individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
Conducts psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations as indicated.
Performs risk assessment and intervention,
Provides behavioral health consultation to members of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and to correctional personnel as directed.
Performs crisis intervention and de-escalation as indicated.
Supports and/or direct care coordination efforts for patients returning to the community requiring ongoing behavioral health services.
Initiates, completes, and maintains patient treatment plans.
Participate in team meetings.
Assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects. May direct special projects as requested.
Participates in and conducts in-service training programs, as well as assists in the orientation of new staff.
Provides the necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records and reports.
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities: The Therapist will provide high-quality, therapeutic services to clients, ensuring their mental health and well-being. The Therapist is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with other internal and external professionals. Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals' needs and appropriate interventions.
Utilize standardized assessment tools and techniques to gather relevant information.
Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
Set measurable goals and objectives tailored to individuals' needs.
Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
Provide consistent and comprehensive services to all assigned individuals on your caseload.
Ensure regular contact and follow-up with individuals to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Accurately document all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes per company policy.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.
Work closely with other professionals as a multidisciplinary treatment team, to provide holistic care.
Participate in regular treatment team meetings to discuss progress and treatment strategies of individuals served.
Provide immediate support and intervention during crisis situations.
Develop safety plans and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
Connect individuals and families with additional resources and support services as needed.
Stay current with best practices, new treatment modalities, and emerging trends in mental health therapy.
Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to address inquiries, disseminate information, and resolve complaints or concerns.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
State-Specific Requirements:
Alabama:
Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or ALC.
Georgia, Mississippi:
Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
North Carolina:
Minimum of one year experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
Must hold associate license as a LCSWA or LCMHCA.
South Carolina
Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships.
Must hold license as a LMSW, LMFT, or LPCA.
Tennessee:
Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families, which may include internships and volunteer work.
Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
