The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement. The Residential Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
