Corum Health Services is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy in search of a part-time weekend staff pharmacist. We are seeking a motivated and experienced pharmacist to join our team. Our staff pharmacist role offers a unique blend of clinical, dispensing, and managerial responsibilities. Key responsibilities:
Dispensing services:
Accurately review and verify medication orders

Monitor medication inventory levels and assist with procurement of medications to meet patient needs.
Clinical services:
Optimize medication therapy daily through drug regimen reviews (DRRs) to ensure safety and appropriateness of treatment plans.
Provide recommendations on dosage adjustments, therapeutic alternatives, and drug interactions to ensure best outcomes for patients
Execute MTS services through protocols with physicians to manage drug therapies, such as intravenous vancomycin
