Serve as preceptor or coordinate rotations for pharmacy students/residents, and supports other preceptors on the pharmacist team. Performs other job functions as directed by Clinical Pharmacy Manager Minimum Qualifications Required Education and Experience Pharmacy degree (BS or Pharm.D.) from an ACPE approved college of pharmacy. Successful completion of ASHP-accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience preferred. Successful completion of PGY-2 Specialty residency or Fellowship or minimum three years of practice experience in areas of specialty practice. Required Licensure and Certifications Licensed, or eligible for licensure, pharmacist in Iowa. Must be licensed within 3 months of hire. BLS certification within 3 months of hire. ACLS certification within 3 months of hire. BPS Board Certification in the area of specialty within 1 year of hire. Other certification if requested by direct supervisors/managers.
