    Supports Field Operations and System O&M field crew activities by researching, processing, maintaining, updating and documenting work activities for compliance, planned maintenance and service to customers. You Will: * Creates Job Packages for maintenance work including but not limited to printing of Service Record Cards, SmallWorld prints and other related documents. * Initiates, updates FMDRCT conditions and WMIS work requests. * Initiates, updates and documents Miss Utility Locate Ticket information for maintenance work. * Initiates permit requests in Web Portal and WMIS and documents information for maintenance work. * Uses CAD (Computer aided dispatch) and COS (Customer Order System) to track orders put in system. * Compiles reports on orders pending to dispatch and those dispatched to contractors. * Processes contractor invoices for payment. * Provides support to the Technical Supervisor, and Supervisor. * As directed, researches customer complaints related to maintenance work performed in the field. * Maintains or updates network based rosters, logs, lists, spreadsheets and/or databases related to Field Operations shifts, vehicles, equipment or other information. * Provides other clerical support to Field Operations and System O&M field crews as directed by the Technical Supervisor or Supervisor. * Makes scanned or hard copies of documents as required and maintains or updates associated files. * Communicates with internal and external WG customers as needed to perform assigned job duties. * Performs other miscellaneous clerical duties, as needed.
