Minimum Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma or GED, two (2) years public contact and office work experience, and type accurately at the rate of thirty (30) words per minute.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Brief Summary:
Responsible for the receipt, preparation, and documentation of material being received. Verification of accuracy of all shipment and receiving's. Operate powered forklift trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into trucks or storage facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Identification and receipt of all incoming material and the reporting of all goods received damaged to management.
Creation of documents required to receive and produce Bills of Ladings.
Data Entry of Receipts into the appropriate database.
Oversee and assist team members in completion of their duties.
Monitors cleanliness and working conditions of all facilities
Operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack and count merchandise
Accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle
Ensure inbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
Report quality variances
Ensure that the exact number and type of product is received
Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards
Unload, move, stack and storage product and materials using a forklift
Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control & security are maintained
Assist in physical inventories
Any other duties that may be assigned by Manager/Management
COMPENSATION
Compensation is commensurate with experience and job responsibilities and is comprised of an hourly rate.
POSITION SCOPE
Physical and Environmental Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in a standard warehouse with exposure to weather elements. Primary functions require some physical ability and mobility to work in an warehouse setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
Required Experience:
Minimum High School Diploma
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Highly Desired Experience:
Knowledge of Database Software.
Intermediate knowledge of Word & Excel.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or to employees within the organization.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and work instructions.
Follows instructions, responds to management's direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals; Complete tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.

As a Title Clerk you will primarily be responsible for handling information regarding motor vehicle registration and process legal documents and other state-required documents. Title clerks must be organized, and detail oriented in handling files and maintaining documents.
What You'll Do:
Process the acquisition of titles from original owners
Make lien payoffs
Title transfers to the receiving dealership
Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles
Record and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System
What You'll Need to Have for the Role:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in title work
Working knowledge/understanding of title requirements in every state of the U.S. is helpful
Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements
Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory
Knowledge of State Tax Codes
Knowledge of Sales Tax for multi states
Microsoft office experience preferred
Detailed oriented and well organized
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
Pay Range:
$17.96-$21.34 Hourly
