· Reviewing quality document prior to shipping, ensuring all required paperwork is attached appropriately and billing the appropriate accounts.
· Contacts vendors by email or phone to coordinate RMA/RFQ's, expected completion, tracking of shipments. Update system to reflect most current status.
· Support engineering review boards as the logistics representative, acting as functional lead for life cyle, sparing, reliability research, and reporting results for the recommend change.
· Processes incoming and outgoing material utilizing MRP system.
· Performs audits of inventory as required and at intervals set by organization
· Performs physical counts of inventory on hand
· Supports MRP utilization and contributes to continuous improvement of property control
· Maintains warehouse to corporate standards and actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives
· Supports both internal and external audits (AS9100, DCMA, etc)

Basic Qualifications
