Your Day at Lowe's
As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met.

Harris Seeds is a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high standards for efficient order flow that is shown by getting orders picked, scanned, packed and shipped, often within 24 hours of order placement. The Fulfillment Clerk is responsible for varying tasks within the department that pertain to picking, scanning and packing customer orders in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. This position is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders leaving our facility.
Job Responsibilities
• Correctly operate handheld and box barcode scanners to efficiently scan all picked orders prior to shipping.
• Neatly applies germ labels as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work environment and restocks supplies at regular intervals.
• Maintains positive and cooperative working relationships with co-workers.
• Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders for shipment using order pick lists and adhering to established picking procedures.
• Responsible for determining appropriate size shipping boxes and bags for orders.
• Correctly and neatly packs and protects product(s) in shipping boxes to help prevent damage during shipping.
• Accurately places product(s) into envelopes, boxes or other containers and fills with packing materials to help prevent damage during shipping. Closes, seals and labels packages.
• Secures boxes to ensure they remain closed during shipment.
Education/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment or using scanners is a plus.

Distinguishing Features of the Class
This is a non-supervisory position where the incumbent performs responsible clerical work in the verification of data generated from computer processing.
