Under general direction of Corporate Controller, is responsible for payment processing, start to finish, for in excess of 30 entities. Candidate will be required to work independently and possess time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment, adhering to weekly and monthly deadlines for approximately 500 vendors. Payment processing includes scanning, indexing, importing and moving data across multiple operating systems, including email, imaging systems and operating systems. Sole ownership of payment processes include matching vendor invoices to purchase order information and resolving discrepancies; keying payment information into the OS and verifying accurate posting to the general ledger; verifying approvals in accordance to our internal policies and procedures; verifying contract and lease information for payments; maintaining records for secure delivery of payments to vendors.
