Incumbent will nlog and report all disbursements received through material control, anser phones, crate and maintain files. * Job requires fullknowledge the ability to learn and understand the functioning of the SAP inventory system and inventory control techniques. * Must have a valid driver's license in order to pick up and deliver parts and supplies, US Main, RRB, Interoffice & Interoffice Express mail, and otehr company related materials. * Must be able to operate materical handling equipment. * Must complete DOT Hazmat training on schedule determined by supervisor. * Must complete Forklift training on schedule determined by supervisor. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs. * Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Must have High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * Warehouse forklift, Electric pallet jacks, Shipping and Receiving tools Crimpers etc. * Gen Warehouse Materials Receiving and Stocking and packaging procedures. * SAP Warehouse Management Software application for managing inventory experience a plus. * Safety and Security knowledge and experience in a lock down Materials Warehouse Facility. * Must maintain neat and clean work area. * Adhere to facility Safety Policy. * Must be forklift qualified and have a valid unrestricted driver's license. * Must be able to lift 50lbs * Will work in office and warehouse as needed * Complete other duties as assigned This is a Guaranteed Extra Board position and its weekly hours are guaranteed at 40 per week but the work shifts are subject to change daily depending on staffing requirements.
