Responsibilities
Answer customer service lines
Audit division of interest changes daily
Audit address changes daily
Daily ticket allocations
Maintain lease property information
Maintain property tank information
Maintain monthly production allocations
Monthly ticket close
Owner research to find current contact information or heirs
Maintain working communications with field personnel and lease operators
Handle difficult inquiries, as well as others, from interest owners
Act as backup for other Crude Oil Supply Clerks when needed
Perform other duties as requested or needed
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
