Also tracks delivery confirmations and handles any mail discrepancies. • Upholds a high standard of quality and professionalism in all communications, ensuring that MLBF Security policies are adhered to. • Serves as back up to the front desk receptionist for all duties including answering and directing phone calls, greeting, and assisting members and other visitors, and handling calls requiring basic information. • Assists Members with website navigation and password resets as needed. • Performs additional administrative tasks as assigned to support the team or organization's needs.
