Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other nonconformances on site. Document time, material and travel expenses for the completion of daily responsibilities.
Communicate effectively with internal team, third-party vendors, and actively participate in team meetings.
Note general field conditions on site, including vegetation management issues, security risks, and debris impacts.
Able to travel on short notice and be available during non-traditional working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent; Degree or technical certification in related electrical field.
NABCEP certified PV Installer Specialist or PV Commissioning & Maintenance Specialist preferred.
Licensed Electrician (Journeyman or Master) preferred.
Two (2) to Four (4) years of demonstrated experience operating and maintaining electrical systems.
Experience with power generation, solar technologies.
Valid driver's license.
Familiarity with Pronto Forms preferred.
OSHA 10-Hour certification required, OSHA 30-Hour, strongly preferred.
SKILLS:
Ability to work independently and ask for guidance when needed.
Experienced working with electrical systems and solar photovoltaics.
Comfortable operating in low voltage and non-hazardous situations without direct supervision.
Able to safely identify and mitigate hazardous situations.
Knowledge of I/V curve tracing software and thermographic analysis preferred.
Proficient troubleshooting with Isolation Diagnostics Equipment (i.e., Megger or Isolation testers).
Ability to interpret and comprehend PV System As-built drawings and electrical single lines.

Salem High School is the recipient of a $327,947.50 grant from Commonwealth Corporation on behalf of the Baker Administration to increase a skilled workforce in the trades through third shift programs.
This initiative, announced by Governor Baker, seeks to address the persistent need for skilled labor in construction, trades, and manufacturing. Commonwealth Corporation administers these funds in hopes of eliminating the skills gap facing employers by providing an opportunity for youth and adults to retrain for skilled occupations, as well as transforming vocational high schools into Career Technical Institutes that run three shifts a day to bring more high school students and adults into the program.

What You'll Do
Salem High School is seeking an Administrative Clerk to support the startup and implementation of an adult night school program beginning this summer. In this role, you will work in a collaborative team environment to support the success of our adult learners in Salem Public School's new third-shift program as part of the Salem High School Career and Technical Education department. This role will work during the program training hours to support the CTI Program Manager and CTE Director, processing documentation and student communication, and other duties as assigned.
This position is grant-funded through the Career Technical Initiative with CommCorp and is part-time, with 200 hours allocated until June 30th, 2023, and 900 hours allocated between July 1st, 2023, and January 30th, 2024 with the opportunity and intention to extend the program and contract hours.
Role Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of the D.O.C. Rules and Regulations. Ability to understand legal terminology. Knowledge of CJIS computer system. Ability to compute sentence dates in accordance with M.G.L., Parole Board policies and D.O.C. policies and procedures. Knowledge of CORI regulations. Knowledge of content of six-part folders.

Position Summary
The IP Clerk will play a vital role in the GT IP Prosecution team, supporting legal teams by managing correspondence from the USPTO and foreign Patent Offices, conducting life science-based patent and trademark searches, and assisting with due diligence projects and drawings for patent applications. The position provides a great introduction to the IP practice at a large law firm. Many former IP Clerks have gone on to attend law school, become patent agents, or to work as paralegals. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manages incoming US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and foreign Patent Office correspondence
Works with attorneys to conduct life science based searches of patent and trademark databases
Prepares and sends letters reporting US PTO and foreign correspondence to clients
Prepares drawings for life science patent applications.
Works on Sequence Listings for patent applications that include polynucleotide and amino acid sequences
Maintains and organizes client files and electronic databases
Works on Information Disclosure Statements
Monitors the status of client files and patent or trademark tasks
Analyzes scientific literature in connection with special projects
Performs administrative tasks for IP department
Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
