Payment Processing: Prepare and process vendor payments, including checks, ACH transfers, and electronic payments, in accordance with established payment terms. Expense Management: Reconcile employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and proper documentation. Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting principles, regulations, and company policies. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and actively contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the accounts payable function. Education and Job Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a similar industry or role.
