Qualifications
Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Clerk position should possess the following:
Computer proficient, specifically Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
Data entry experience
Strong customer service skills
Good work and attendance history
Ability to keep matters confidential
Team Player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good Telephone etiquette skills
Professional attitude/conduct
English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus
Self motivated
Willingness to cross-train
Organizational skills
Must be available to work a flexible schedule
Meat packing plant experience is preferred

Responsibilities
Human Resources Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Tracking daily plant wide attendance and disciplinary records
Completing daily reports,
Must be able to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a professional/positive & motivational work attitude
Provide translation as needed
Answering Phones
Data entry
Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
Communications with both internal and external departments
