Send out Notification letters to the respective party. * Responsible for transcribing all testimony regarding appealed cases. Prepare copies of all evidence and testimony for Board of Tax Appeals or Court of Common Pleas. * Receives and processes all notification from the Board of Tax Appeals or the Court of Common Pleas for the current and previous tax years, mediation notices, orders and decisions. Assists as needed when BOR Secretary is not available or if Supervisor assigns to assist. * Enters final decisions from the Board of Tax Appeals or Court of Common Pleas into the data base and gives to supervisor handling Appeal cases.
