MAU is hiring a Data Entry Clerk for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will support plant operations by processing and managing digital documentation. This is a contract, short-term assignment lasting 6-9 months. Benefits Package

Required Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
* Experience working with PDF documents and document management software
Preferred Education and Experience
* Familiarity with Nitro PDF software
* Familiarity with welding terminology
General Requirements
* Ability to quickly learn new software systems
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and collaboration skills
Essential Functions
* Extract and separate individual files from large PDF documents
* Enter data accurately into welding software applications
* Collaborate closely with the Plant Welding Engineer to ensure proper data input and formatting
* Maintain accurate records and file documentation
* Perform routine data quality checks and make corrections as needed
* Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information
