Primary Responsibilities
Follow supplier standards and plan-o-grams while placing brands in premium shelf position to maximize sales
Complete reset trackers, recap reset results, and download before/after pictures on Shutterfly software.
Complete required forms for chain resets
Sell in innovation items, brand line extensions, and brand improvement placements within independent accounts

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
* Provide customer service support via telephone and live chat.
* Complete all legal orders in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and bank requirements in processing legal requests.
* Assist customers and branch staff with online Banking/bill pay inquiries.
* Process daily Return Deposit Items
* Monthly Certifications of gift card GL, card stock, and certified check stock inventory
* Process returns and special handling mail
* Call back on data entry transactions, business online maintenance, and dormant processing.
* Process AVS/AVI (account verification request) into government agency systems.
* Signature scanning
* Daily mail delivery to the Post Office
* Scan signatures received from branches into Director.
* Support Central Services Supervisor as needed.
* Other duties as assigned related to Data Processing/Operations.
Requirements
* A High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED) is required.
* Minimum of one year related operations banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Familiarity with bank Legal Process requests is preferred.
* Basic typing skills and 10-key experience
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented/ Accuracy/Quality - checks for processes and tasks and follows up in a timely manner with appropriate persons; monitors and checks work, producing quality results.
