POSITION SUMMARY
The Mental Health Clerk is responsible and accountable for the maintenance of mental health records. In this capacity, the employee organizes and maintains a system of mental health files and logs concerning patient diagnosis, treatments, admissions, discharges and daily patient census changes. 12. Answers telephone, relays messages and transfers calls as appropriate.
