IS-T Admin - Doc Cont Clerk

* Investigate missing receipts with Purchasing and Help Desk personnel as necessary.
* Forward invoices to Finance for vendor payment after IS&T management authorization.
* Maintain accuracy of IS&T page in Intranet which includes basic intranet site maintenance along with maintaining departmental Organizational Charts on the WEB. Enter additional information as needed.
* Control and use P-Card for department purchasing, and reconcile bill at the end of each month.
* Distributes department mail and other IS&T paperwork, and paychecks.
Education / Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent. Certification and/or Associates Degree preferred
* Minimum of 3 + years of administrative experience is required.
* Proficiency in Outlook, MS Excel, and Word.
* Experience utilizing SAP, Oracle or other similar systems
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize based upon the needs of the business
