Assists patients with completion of medical information forms.
Obtains signatures for consent according to policy.
Collects payments.
Balance cash drawer daily.
Accurately run credit card charges when needed.
Verify insurance information.
Completes return to work/school slips in coordination with nurse.
Performs data entry.
Assists patients with Rx pick up.
Assists in maintaining office equipment.
Assists other team members as needed.
Demonstrates effective communication skills
Maintains knowledge of clerical duties, medical policies and procedures.
Receives and directs visitors and patients.
Attends at least 80% of staff meetings.
Covers all clerical areas if needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
