What's the role?

* Work with supervision to aid in the proper administration of payroll policies.
* Reconcile payroll inputs (holidays, paid time off, absences, bonuses and adjustments0 to ensure payroll

* Prepare and maintain payroll reports.
* Prepare and submit biweekly payroll obligations, e.g. payroll taxes and garnishments.
Accounts Payable
* Process invoices in accordance with Company policies and procedures
* Verify cost/project coding is appropriate and ensure invoices are authorised in accordance with the
delegations of authority limits. Ensure company payment obligations to vendors are processed in an
accurate and timely manner.
* Perform fortnightly EFT payment runs within approved limits.
* Perform cash flow forecasts as requested by the Business Analyst Team.
* Reconcile supplier statements.
* Maintain accurate files of all payments made to vendors and employees with proper support and
documentation.
* Work with Materials group and responsible parties to deal with problem invoices so that vendor
obligations are met.
Key Role Qualifications & Experience Required

Role Description
Outpost Clerks stock, straighten, and clean department and provide prompt and courteous service. This role includes performing background checks on gun sales in accordance with company guidelines and Federal/State laws and regulations and logging, inventorying, transferring, selling, and recording firearms according to company policy, federal, and state laws and regulations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Follows merchandising standards and practices.
Aligns product, collects and returns stray items, stocks to maintain high product levels.
Rotates merchandise.
Checks for accurate signage.
Hangs and replaces computer generated product signs.
Uses box knife to cut boxes for display/accessibility of product and to cut twine or shrink-wrap from pallet.
Stocks opened cases on shelves.
Uses hand-held scanning gun or keys item numbers when necessary.
Transfers or ensures transfer of each item as number is scanned.
Monitors all merchandise passing through register line, promoting accurate merchandise inventory.
Requests supervisor verification for high-ticket items.
Assists with transferring merchandise in carts and packaging orders, following all safety and security procedures.
Receives accurate payment for goods, makes change, processes checks, EBT, credit and debit charges according to proper departmental procedures for paperwork and performance of duties.
