    The Clerical Specialist provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the department or office. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: Prepares routine, department-specific documents, letters and correspondence. Contacts internal and/or external customers, attorneys and courts via mail, fax, telephone, or e-mail to provide or request needed documents and provide status updates. Reviews and assembles documents and materials for court proceedings, ensuring proper signatures are obtained, documents are notarized, appropriate exhibits are attached, etc. Sets up and/or closes accounts according to established procedures.
