Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: Registers playing into the computerized seating program Manages the traffic flow in and out of the Poker games Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Announces players names and tables when seats become available Greets guests with a smile and friendly welcome and promotes superior guest service Minimum Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Must have one year of experience in a guest service related position Must be able to type 40 wpm Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Good organizational and multi-tasking skills Intermediate computer skills Knowledge of the Poker Rule Book Fully understand all sign-in rules, regulations and policies Training Requirements: Knowledge of Poker gaming rules and regulations Knowledge of the Poker Rule Book Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to work in a casino environment with smoke, low lighting and loud music and noises Must be able to bend, stand and stretch for long periods of time Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
