Reports To:
Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Purchasing & Receiving- Support Maintenance department with necessary purchasing and receiving activities including issuing POs and invoice reconciliation/submittal to AP.
Maintains Maintenance & Repair inventory in M&R storerooms and CMMS
Issue purchase order requests.
Cycle counts M&R critical spares and corrects to established inventory levels.
Work closely with MRO Buyer with parts receipts and confirmations.
Provide accurate information to Maintenance team as required for work orders, etc.
Maintain/validate floor locations in Emaint of assets.
Work on floor with maintenance technician to understand parts functionality.
Maintains an organized vendor filing system.
Keeps all shelves and cabinets clean and labeled and/or bar coded.
Performs weekly cycle counts and tracks root causes to accuracy variances
Receive and inventory stock.
Keep an up-to-date record of materials used so that minimum stock levels are maintained.
Stock parts/consumables.
Work with machinery parts and consumables.
Works with maintenance and project personnel to identify parts, materials and any equipment needed.
Check out and returns inventory.
Kits and stages parts for work orders.
Other various tasks as assigned.

Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
Minimum 2 years' experience working in manufacturing environment recommended.
1+ years' experience with ordering and/or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance.
1+ years' experience in inventory and part-room management.
Microsoft Office: 3 years (required).
Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required).
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time position, hourly job. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
8 hours shift.
Day Shift
Monday to Friday.
Weekends as needed.
