Reports to: Building Principal FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Performs routine and non-routine cleaning in an assigned area or areas to provide the proper building sanitation by following prescribed cleaning schedules. Participates in project work periodically and responds to other miscellaneous requests submitted by faculty and staff. Works under limited supervision performing routine cleaning and minor maintenance tasks by using prescribed chemicals, hand tools, and machines in order to keep the school building and grounds in a safe, clean, and orderly condition. Schedule: Monday to Friday 6pm-10pm For this position the candidate must be willing to be work in different buildings covering different positions Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming all areas of the facility. Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures. Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins regularly. Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, such as desks, countertops, and door handles. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facilities Manager. Assist with setting up and cleaning up after events or meetings. Follow established safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning tasks. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
