FACTOR 7: PURPOSE OF CONTACTS • The purpose of the contacts is to provide housekeeping services at the highest possible level of quality within available resources. FACTOR 8: PHYSICAL DEMANDS • The incumbent will perform extensive physical efforts such as climbing, lifting, bending and reaching. The preponderancy of physical exertion will be spent in guest rooms preparing for guests and include bed making, vacuuming, dusting and bathroom cleaning. This position is physically very active in nature. Incumbent may be required to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs.
