Keeps record of registered mail. Delivers, moves and pick-ups packages, maintenance equipment's, tools and furniture between offices or between sites. Cleans and maintains all floor and wall surfaces to include carpets, waxed and painted surfaces. Schedules all floor maintenance with guidance of the supervisor and coordination with the sites operations managers. Strips, waxes and refinishes all VCT and other waxed surfaces on a regular basis. Provides the best sanitary conditions for the proper functioning of a health care environment. Train/orientates new staff on proper cleaning procedures. Participates in OSHA and other safety training and yearly updates given by the Health Center and/or outside organizations. Annual Clery Report In accordance with the federal Clery and Campus SaVE Acts, New England Conservatory of Music (NEC) commits to providing all current and prospective students and employees with access to the annual Campus Security and Fire Safety Report. This report will provide the reader with a record of statistics regarding crimes that were reported in the NEC community during the previous three years as well as College policies and procedures, in compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.
