Position OverviewA successful Contents Cleaning Technician inspects, packs, cleans, and performs inventory for contents that have been affected by water or fire damage. This most commonly is soot on the items. The Contents Cleaning Technician prepares and reviews documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies, as well as explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.
