Key Responsibilities: Clean and service assigned apartments including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and balconies according to company design guidelines. Use Vacuums, Steam machine / Ozone machine for heavy stains on furniture and Upholstery as needed Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor and collaborate with technicians for repairs. Report missing items from guest units and handle lost and found items according to the company's procedures. Follow all health and safety regulations, including adhering to established protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals. Be diligent in ensuring the security of the units. Have competency in filling out digital forms. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is required; on-the-job training will be provided. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Skills: English Fluency Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with technicians to ensure timely reporting and resolution of maintenance issues. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity and ability to operate cleaning equipment. Work Environment: Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to respond to emergency cleaning needs promptly and efficiently. Personal Attributes: Reliability and punctuality.
