The Cleaner Crew is responsible for preparing the seating, concourse, and other areas of Angel Stadium for events. This is a bargaining unit position, and the pay rate is as follows: Current through 12/31/2024: $16.00 per hour Effective 01/01/2025: $16.50 per hour This position is also eligible for sick time (after 90 days of employment) and complimentary tickets to games (12 per season). This position typically works from 5:00am to 1:30pm when there is a game that starts after 6:00pm, and from 12:00am (midnight) to 8:30am when there is a game that starts at 1:00pm. Successful candidates for this position must be able to work the scheduled start times listed above. Ultimately, a top-performing cleaner should be physically fit and able to perform with minimal supervision. JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types. Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture. Scrubbing and sanitizing toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures. Emptying trash cans. Washing and drying windows. Performs other related duties as assigned. Liaising with the line manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times. Reporting any breakages that occur during the cleaning process. Informing the line manager of repairs that need to be done. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience in a similar role. Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Excellent organizational skills. Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision. Available to work evenings/overnight plus weekends, as needed.
