This can entail dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning smudges off windows and doors. Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked is another important responsibility of a cleaner. Duties/Responsibilities: * Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.). * Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities as required. * Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. * Follow all health and safety regulations. * Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes up as quickly as possible. * Refill all dispensers (soap, lotion, paper towel and toilet paper). * Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocols. * Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas. * Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work. * Assist with room setups (move tables, desks, and chairs) as needed. * Other cleaning duties as needed. Requirements: * Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail. * Reliable transportation. * Ability to work with others and take direction.
