Requirements:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Thoroughly cleans all assigned rooms according to guidelines and highest standards of cleanliness; including dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, making beds, removing trash, and scouring bathrooms and kitchens.
Straightens kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and furniture items.
Dusts, polishes and removes marks from walls, counters, and furnishings.
Sweeps, mops and cares for floors.
Replaces guest amenities and supplies, and maintains the inventory of every item replaced in guest-rooms.
Communicates the status of cleaned rooms to Housekeeping Supervisor.
Reports all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately, listing the room number or area where the item was found.
Reports any damaged or missing items to Maintenance and the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Reports exceptional and/or unusual circumstances, such as no luggage in a check out room, damage in the rooms, etc. to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Uses designated cleaning products properly and safely.
Follows proper handling procedures for dirty rags/linens.
Restocks and maintains housekeeping cart.
Follows proper key code control procedures.
Helps to create a positive and upbeat workplace by being friendly, helpful and accommodating to guests, clients and co-workers.
Assists guests with questions and requests.
Represents Autocamp in a professional and courteous manner; pay attention to the details in your personal appearance and grooming.
Learns how to carry out property emergency procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Performs any other duties as requested by management.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Able to arrive for assigned shifts on time.
Must have an understanding of how to properly use assigned cleaning equipment and products.
Knowledge of proper cleaning product handling and safety procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Maintain all storage rooms and closets on a daily basis by keeping floor free of debris and supplies. Lifting overhead of linens/towels and supplies is required to keep storage and closets clean and organized.
* Vacuum all areas, including stairs, on a daily basis. Requires ability to lift/carry vacuum cleaners up and down multiple sets of stairs and ability to bend and twist ensuring hard to reach areas are properly vacuumed.
* As assigned dust and wipe down all woodwork and fixtures, especially in areas that are located up high - balance and ability to keep arms up overhead for prolonged amounts of time will be necessary.
* As assigned wash windows in areas that are reachable both on foot and by stepladder which requires balance.
* Maintain guest elevator foyers and furniture by dusting, picking up garbage that may accumulate, polish brass fixtures and vacuuming area on a daily basis. Squatting, bending and twisting is necessary for maintaining this area.
* Distribute supplies such as stacks of linens, towels as needed throughout your shift. Minimum lifting requirement of 10 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. Must be able to pull supplies down from shelves that are located up high or down low requiring ability to reach up overhead and/or squat and twist.
* When required move furniture as directed by management.
* Polish all brass and chrome fixtures in assigned section as assigned.

Abilities: Incumbents must be able to caption at a minimum rate of 180 or more words per minute with a high level of accuracy; proficiently use, maintain, and troubleshoot court reporting steno equipment, real-time software, and computer systems and equipment; develop, maintain, and proficiently use a thorough dictionary that enables accurate and fluid translation; effectively listen for continuity, sense, and detail while translating; proficiently write in real-time in a conflict-free manner using punctuation and sustaining accuracy in fast-paced stressful situations; use advanced editing skills; work effectively with consumers; and maintain confidentiality. Education and Experience: Formal training in court reporting and steno methods to meet position requirements is required, with graduation from a court reporting school preferred. In addition, typically six to twelve months of experience providing realtime captioning services, preferably in a higher education setting, is necessary to perform at the level required for the translating assignments in the university setting. Certification Requirements and Salary Range Placement: Salary range placement is based on the certification of the Realtime Captioner. Salary Range A: Incumbents must meet the typical qualifications outlined above. Salary Range B: In addition to meeting the requirements outlined above, incumbents typically have two or more years of captioning experience and must possess one of the following certifications: 1. Required Qualifications
Experience:
Must have any combination of formal training and relevant documented real-time captioning experience that demonstrates assurance of the skills appropriate for the level of the assignment.
Must be able to hear spoken English and use real-time captioning to effectively generate language and caption at a speed required by the assignment which may involve a variety of settings such as a classroom, conference, and/or one-on-one meeting, and work with consumers from diverse backgrounds.

Job SummaryThe Maintenance Technician will provide consistent quality pool and spa cleaning and maintenance service, developing and maintaining a base of satisfied clients. Full Time and Part Time Positions Available Responsibilities
To ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals
Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients.
Provide professional pool & spa cleaning, water balancing, and client follow-up.
Load vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock. Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded and maintain a stock register and required tools to undertake services
Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes.
Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults
Identify poolside opportunities for upselling/sales opportunities
Qualifications
Mon-Fri show up between 6:30AM-7:30AM, Occasional Saturdays when there are major holidays mid week.
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License for at least 2 years, 21 years of age
Pass a Background Check and Drug Test
Able to lift 50 LBS
Willing and able to use current and future technology tools
Be willing and able to work outdoors in heat and cold.
Be proficient in computer and smart phone use.
Be able to communicate well with clients and fellow workers.
Comfortable working a a member of a team that helps and supports one another.
Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
