Our busy family-owned business is looking to add additional members to what we call, the “Wash pad Team.” This position offers a variety of possible duties such as thoroughly cleaning new and used inventory when it arrives at our dealership. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of units on the lot and in the showroom. Immaculately cleaning sold boats and RV's before we deliver them to the new owners. Other duties may include applying protective sealants to boats and RV's, washing customer vehicles, cleaning company loaner cars and the golf carts our sales team use to take customers out on the lot. A few times a year, members of the Wash pad Team may work offsite, setting up and cleaning RV and boat shows at fairgrounds, and event centers.

Job Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of inventory on the lot.
Thoroughly clean sold boats, RVs, and vehicles inside and out before delivery to customers.
Wash customer tow vehicles as needed.
Follow dealership policy to ensure client vehicles are handled with care and operated safely.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure timely deliveries.
Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, air hoses, vacuums, and brushes to meet standards.

The safe operation of a vehicle is required to travel from one building to the next. Work is usually scheduled during late afternoon or evening when buildings are vacant; performs related work as required.
Classification Summary
Performs janitorial work for the cleaning and maintenance of County buildings and facilities. Work is performed according to quality control standards and work schedules developed by the Building Maintenance Supervisor. After the initial training and orientation period, work is performed independently according to written or verbal instructions of the supervisor who may not be present for the entire shift. Work performance is reviewed by personal inspection of the assigned work areas by the supervisor or based on feedback to the supervisor from building occupants. Most duties are performed according to established routines and procedures and are repetitive in nature.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sweeps, mops, strips, waxes, and polishes floors;
Vacuums and shampoos carpets;
Dusts and polishes furniture;
Collects and empties waste baskets; cleans trash disposal containers;
Cleans mirrors, venetian blinds, light fixtures, windows, doors, walls, and drinking fountains;
Cleans and sanitizes rest rooms and replenis hes towels, tissues, and soap;
Moves janitorial equipment in and out of storage areas;
Safely uses cleaning chemicals and solvents; maintains inventory of cleaning supplies;
Notifies supervisor, verbally or in writing, of building conditions needing repairs;
Locks doors and windows when work is finished.
Responds to citizens' and County employees' questions and comments in a courteous and timely manner;
Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with County policies, procedures and safety practices.
Performs other related duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of:
The safe use of janitorial supplies, and the safe use of manual and electrical cleaning equipment;
Occupational hazards and safety precautions involved in general cleaning and use of chemical cleaning solvents and agents.
Ability to:
Quickly learn and apply janitorial procedures;
Lift, move and maneuver hand and power cleaning equipment weighing up to 50 pounds safely;
Work independently to complete work on schedule and according to quality control standards;
Work evenings and irregular hours if required;
Comprehend and follow oral and written instruc tions;
Identify and recommend improved methods of performing the work;
Establish and maintain effective working relation ships with supervisor, co-workers, building occupants, and the public;
Provide quality services in a cost-effective manner and to recommend improved methods of performing the work.
Acceptable Experience and Training
High school diploma or equivalent general educational development (GED) certification; or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Special Qualifications
Valid Idaho Driver's License.
Ability to successfully pass a police background and records check.
Ability to pass a drug test.

Some of your responsibilities will include: Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor in accordance with Planet Fitness standards and guidelines.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
Properly dispose of trash.
Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.
Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Other cleaning duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants for an overnight position must submit to a 7-year criminal background check within the first week of hire. Continued employment will be based on satisfactory outcome of the background check.
Custodial experience is preferred.
Punctuality and reliability are a must.
Honesty and exceptional work ethic.
Ability to solve problems independently.
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor field environment.
Travel from site to site.
Exposure to noise, dust, grease, gasses, cleaning chemicals, mechanical and electrical hazards and all types of weather and temperature conditions.
Requires sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movement in the performance of daily duties; to climb unusual heights on ladders; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight (over 80lbs).
