The Facilities & Cleaning Technician will be responsible for keeping our facility looking its best by performing a variety of tasks related to cleaning, maintenance, and facility setup.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in facilities and cleaning in both a solo and in a team environment. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-functioning environment.
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, some evening and weekends are required. Hourly rate starts at $19/hour.

Position Summary:
This position ensures the cleanliness and set-up of the campus of New Brunswick Theological Seminary, including performing cleaning and light facility tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Performs general and detailed cleaning of interior and exterior spaces including, but not limited to mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, washing, polishing and dusting floors, carpet, walls, windows, and doors; cleaning restrooms, stairwells, offices and other areas as scheduled or required.
* Trash and recycling removal.
* Maintains supplies in restrooms and unclogs drains.
* Sets-up and breaks down classrooms and meeting spaces as requested.
* Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, reporting inventory needs to Facilities and Event Management.
* Assists with light building, grounds, and parking lot maintenance including, but not limited to painting, pressure-washing, changing out locks, moving and assembling furniture, replacing filters, changing light bulbs, litter removal, snow removal, and planting trees.
Qualifications
* One year of experience performing building cleaning and maintenance is required.
* To obtain the knowledge and skills needed formal or informal education is required to ensure the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance.
* A valid New Jersey Driver's License is preferred.
* Standard tools, materials, methods, and practices involved in building maintenance and safe work practices.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manuals.
* Ability to analyze and evaluate situations in the context of established goals and objectives.

The Cleaning Authority of Mt. Laurel has several positions open due to continued business growth. No experience, no problem! We offer a 2 week training program with one of our certified cleaners. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45am to 5:00pm. NO WEEKENDS! Work approximately 35 - 40 hours per week cleaning homes in the South Jersey area. Start earning a guaranteed hourly rate of $13 - $16 per hour, with the potential to earn MUCH MORE! When provided an excellent level of quality performance, many of our customers reward our staff with favorable feedback and gratuities.
