Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Utility/Cleaner position will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and general upkeep of the multifamily residential buildings located in the Buffalo Metropolitan area. At least two years of cleaning experience and general knowledge in general maintenance or residential maintenance fields. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. General knowledge of all health and safety regulations. Utility/Cleaner Skills Ability to recognize problems and provide practical solutions. Ability to pull/lift 50 lbs. Demonstrate a strong sense of personal accountability and honesty. Excellent organizational skills and ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
