Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
Works safely and professionally around moving equipment.
Consistently arrive on time, fit to work every day as scheduled.
Replace air filters for electrical control panels.
Clean Sealer pumps using industrial cleaner.
Inspect Sealer robot lubricators and refill as required.
Clean Sealer build up on Sealer robots.
Clean trash and debris within Drop Lifter Zones.
Vacuum weld dust and debris from bottom of electrical control panels and robot controllers.
Clean hydraulic oil from floor in Stamping Pit area. Machines in the area leak continually and this 2-person team will need to clean floor using squeegee tools and Simple Green cleaner daily.
Stamping Pit conveyors drop lightweight sheet metal scrap pieces onto the floor daily. This 2-person team is responsible to pick up and/or sweep sheet metal scrap pieces and place back on conveyors or into piles to be removed by magnet crane operator.
Clean trash of all types from area, keeping the pit area clean and orderly at all times. Pit should remain ready for a management walk-through each day.
Track and record completed tasks on work checklist.
All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.
