Duties and responsibilities:
* Manage logistics for all incoming and outgoing freight.
* Inspection of all incoming products - visually inspecting equipment and boxes ensuring quality product is received (no visual damage incurred during shipment). If damaged freight is received, you must get approval from manager before refusing delivery.
* Ensure all parts and equipment items are kept with like parts and equipment and that bin locations are properly recorded in the inventory management system for ease of locating and inventory control. Consistency in location is a key result of these efforts.
* Conduct random inventory cycle counts as requested by management to verify accurate stock counts.
* Ensure shipping accuracy by confirming exact part numbers and/or model and serial numbers along with correct ordered amount against all order paperwork from sales and service. Discrepancies are to be immediately communicated to your manager.
* Coordinate pick-up and deliveries with 3rd party carriers.
* Receive stock deliveries, unpack, confirm receipt, and put away in correct location. Input and track inventory in ERP system and/or SAP.
* Arrange stock transfers in/out of other branches - coordinate and stage service parts for service technicians.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable EH&S and OSHA rules and laws, and company ISO quality standards.
* Label units and equipment by creating a large 8.5 x 11 identification sheet indicating the model and serial number and placing on the outside of unit/equipment ensuring its visibility from the floor.
* Units/equipment must be organized and stored in a central area for ease of retrieval and inventory counts.
* Keeps the warehouse clean, organized, and accessible.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Education:
* High School Degree Required
* Associate degree or other post high school training (2 years duration) preferred not required.
Professional experience:
* Air compressor experience a plus.
* Prior logistics, warehousing, and inventory management experience.

Compensation
Compensation is based on commission only and average commission is as follows:
A full time agent on average makes between 10,000 and 15,000 dollars A MONTH.
A part time agent on average makes between 5,000 and 7,000 dollars A MONTH.

This role is responsible to supervise a group of production employees engaged in various manufacturing activities and related functions and schedule the work in the sections to meet on-time delivery objectives with the best utilization of resources.

Responsibilities:

General Information:
Hitachi Energy located in Alamo, TN is seeking an Electro Mechanical Repair Technician to join its team. In this position, you will follow safety and work procedures to perform preventative maintenance, routine mechanical and/or electrical repairs on production and processing equipment. The selected candidate will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and replace electrical and/or mechanical components as necessary to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction and modify equipment as assigned to support a continuous improvement culture.
Your Responsibilities:
Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures including Lock-Out-Tag-Out
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machines and plant equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and equipment and make recommendations to PM program
Run conduit and pull wire for new machines and equipment.
Must be able to read/follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings and technical manuals
Working knowledge of 115 & 480V equipment, how to safely troubleshoot, diagnose and repair
Troubleshoot/repair systems or equipment such as hydraulic systems, transformers, motors, DC circuitry, PLCs, variable frequency drives, relays, switches, position sensing devices and printed circuit boards
Monitor and document observations, settings, readings, meters, gauges as required
Proficient in using common electrical/mechanical devices. Ex. multi-meter, amp-probe, megger, calipers, micrometers, dial indicator
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions
Basic welding and cutting, including acetylene torch, plasma, stick, and brazing
Secure and complete required department work order documentation
Responsible for housekeeping in his/her work area and general surroundings
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
