What is a Lead Production Technician?
The Lead Production Technician will act as the point person under the Supervisor to coordinate workflow, efficiency and safety of the production cell. Perform routine activities involved in the storing, stocking and handling of materials and may include painting or deburring as well as performing a variety of mechanical or electrical assembly and test operations on the assigned product lines. This is a first shift position with hours from 7am-3:30pm.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least three years related experience in a manufacturing/production environment and be able to take ownership of work centers. Must be computer literate in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Must be organized, a team player and committed to quality systems.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead the designated team, ensuring individual and group productivity.
* Provide leadership to assigned cell with respect to quality, cost, production and compliance.
* Monitor team's production flow, while making sure output meets deadlines and within quality and safety parameters.
* Assist with coordinating workflow between departments.
* Participate in cell activities to meet identified goals.
* Assist cell members in solving problems and improving performance.
* Identify and reports personnel issues to shift supervisor.
* Train new employees and coach existing employees.
* Ensure that company methods and policies are followed.
* Work hand-in-hand with Supervisor to:
* Communicate relevant and timely information and expectations.
* Enables effective communications between the team and the supervisor.
* Interview and assess new-hire candidates.
* Document training.
* Create/review/update work instructions, job descriptions and TPTPs as needed, but no less than annually.
* Review and input wording for 30- and 90-day and annual performance reviews, corrective action notices, etc.
* Interface with other functions such as quality control, engineering and production planners, etc.
* Effectively assemble and test the variety of products for qualified area.
* Inspect, test and/or evaluate all parts manufactured in the specific assembly area and to perform quality related analysis.
* Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of materials and inventory.
* Ensure that products and systems are shipped with appropriate packing, documentation and delivery requirements.
* Perform routine preventative maintenance as required to maintain equipment in top operational order.
* Visually inspect product to insure it has not been damaged or deteriorated during handling, storage, packaging or shipping.
* May track inventory or prepare other documentation on a computer.
* Effectively perform material handling activities such as crating, packing, shipping, receiving, picking, lifting, moving and using materials handling equipment when necessary. (such as: lift trucks, tow motors, cranes, high lifts, etc.)
* Utilize small and large tools, hoists, dollies, and other devices when necessary.
* Comply and enforce all safety procedures in each area assigned, including but not limited to, wearing protective clothing, special handling of chemicals, special handling of product, safety/rescue equipment usage, etc.
* Interact and communicate with all levels of employees within the Company, as well as suppliers, customers and peers effectively.
* Comply and enforce policies, procedures, standards and rules of the Company.
* Maintain and enforce quality assurance policy consistent with ISO standards.
* Maintain and enforce work area in a clean, orderly and safe manner.

Required Experience and Education

A Production Planner reviews production schedules and capacity data to determine processes, machines and personnel necessary to meet project deadline and sustain production activities.
What We're Looking For

Position Summary:
A regional trainer is responsible for delivering a world-class go-to-market training experience which addresses customer and consumer needs across multiple categories and ensures the product information and messaging aligns with the company's overall objectives and strategies.

The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required. This is a first shift position with hours from 7am-3:30pm.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be capable of up to 50% of the Quality Department Responsibilities such as various Non-Destructive tests (NDE), calibration duties, receiving and in-process inspection duties, documentation collection, management and analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities
Inspection/Testing Duties:
Perform various Non-Destructive testing (NDE) and document results.
Coordinate testing with Team Leads, Production Planners, and Product Managers.
Interpret and implement required testing/inspection requirements.
Testing includes visible contrast solvent removable Dye Penetrant (PT), Visual Examination (VT), visible contrast AC Yoke Magnetic Particle (MT), Hardness, Ferrite, Positive Material Identification (PMI) X-Ray film/reports (RT).
Perform testing and document results in accordance with the Company's procedures, drawings, test equipment capabilities and Sales Order requirements.
Utilize company inventory and tracking system to confirm testing required.
Calibration Duties:
Create, maintain and edit data identifying the status of gaging that require calibration.
Basic understanding of metrology tools.
Basic understanding of blueprints/drawings specifications.
Preparing, setting and adapting metrology equipment for use.
High level of organization, accuracy, attention to detail and service to machining centers.
QC Inspection/Receiving Duties:
Perform receiving tasks of general inspection, counting, review to material specification and applying the part number identification and quality control numbers on received goods and documentation.
Assure products are compliant with purchase order requirements.
Must make quality decisions on whether product is acceptable or rejectable.
Ability to write up non-conforming product per established ISO procedures.
Prep and review ASME Code Quality Plans (travelers) for final inspections- assure accuracy and completion of all documentation (i.e. MTRs, test reports).
Review and process outsourced NDE documentation (PT, MT, RT).
Assist in moving accepted products to stock locations per inventory control requirements.
Complete Supplier Dimensional Inspection Reports of received/accepted products per QMS requirements.
Document Preparation Duties:
Collect, organize, create, scan and/or save documents and data.
Review supplier documents (i.e. MTRs, certs) for traceable identification numbers, clarity, and legibility
Ensure proper storage of all documentation and accessibility.
Review and verify all testing requirements on purchase orders are complete and accurate.
Create and attest to certifications, testing, traceability and conformance of product.
Complete and prepare end-user documentation packets per purchase order.
Other Duties:

Inspect all parts manufactured in the specific machining area and to perform quality related statistical analysis, (ex. SPC).
Perform routine preventative maintenance, such as daily or weekly oiling, greasing, checking coolant levels and concentrations, as required to maintain equipment in top operational order.

What is a Product/Design Engineer?
A Product/Design Engineer will execute Engineering work in support of (1) design, manufacture, and improvement of existing products, (2) development of new products, and (3) regulatory activities by using sound Design and Engineering practices.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and proficient with both 2D and 3D CAD systems. Duties and Responsibilities
Able to clearly articulate our products' value and business benefits, as well as cover the technical details of our products.
Assist in understanding customer needs and requirements through voice of customer activities to better qualify potential prospects for the Company.
Coordinate effective, timely, and cost-effective responses - application, technical, installation, and trouble-shooting - to customers and inter-company departments. Field visits to handle product issues, as necessary.
Support project management from concept through launch.
Maintain basic knowledge of product line design; application of products to customer requirements.
Utilize research data, proposed product specifications, and engineering principles to aid in the design of products, such as: fluid handling devices, valves, pressure vessels, equipment, machinery, and associated components and subsystems.
Work with manufacturing, purchasing, and sales on selecting materials and processes.
Develop bills of material, drawings, and documentation to include part numbers, design criteria, and assembly diagrams.
Perform product verification prior to manufacturing release.
Effectively convey information on new/updated products to involved parties.
Maintain technical data on component parts, customer drawings, and specifications.
Provide Operations support to resolve machining/assembly problems and ensure timely disposition of non-conforming hardware without compromising final product quality.
Evaluate disposition of returned products (RMA's), document conclusions in clear/concise reports, and recommend corrective actions, as necessary.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Quality teams to provide recommended product improvement changes that enhance aftermarket opportunities and drive cost-out initiatives.
Support the Operations organization as required, including: identification/ implementation of site cost-out activities, and maintaining the quality assurance policy consistent with ISO standards.
Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Education
