Pros of working at Circuit Controls

Plenty of opportunity for overtime

Cons of working at Circuit Controls

Management has no concept of what is actually going on in the building. Nepotism is the name of the game. Pay is horrible. Benefits are alright.

Being able to tell management to go f*** themselves, be fired, then begged to come back in a few weeks because there is never enough people and they can't keep good help.

What do you like best about Circuit Controls's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. The high level management is useless. Dan and Tony are especially useless and egotistical.

How would you improve Circuit Controls's culture?

Fire half the manager staff from top down.

How did you prepare for the Circuit Controls interview?

Don't interview here. You will get hired with promises they will immediately break and then get trapped in their sh*tty cycle
