What Your Days Will be Like:
As a Caregiver within our Care for Business team, you will have the opportunity to care for children of multiple families in your area! EEC Infant/Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)

Encouraging children's participation by providing age-appropriate interactive activities.
Maintaining cleanliness of the classroom: routine opening/closing of the classroom (including, but not limited to wiping down the toys, cleaning tables, vacuuming the room, sanitizing the room (after all children have left), bathrooms, emptying trash, and overall preparation of the classroom for the next morning.
Engaging with students in free play, supervising/zone during outdoor time, helping with bathroom needs (including toilet training assistance and diapering), snack and meal assistance (preparing bottles, heating up lunches, cutting up food, helping open containers, supervision), naptime assistance, etc.
Adhering to the daily classroom schedule while assisting teachers.
Tracking children's progress and completing assessments.
Maintaining your EEC required professional development hours and PQ registry.
Attending monthly staff meetings.
Creating a fun and safe learning environment for your students.
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.
